By submitting this membership application to the Sri Lanka Retailers’ Association (SLRA), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below regarding the use, processing, and protection of the information you provide.

The information collected through this application form is used solely for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility for membership and enrolling you into the SLRA network. This includes your name, contact details, company information, and other relevant data related to your business or professional background. All information submitted will be treated with strict confidentiality and will be stored securely in our internal membership database.

SLRA is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or with trusted partners who help us deliver membership services under strict confidentiality agreements. The data you provide may be used to communicate with you regarding your membership status, upcoming events, training programs, news, policy updates, and other relevant SLRA activities. If your application involves payment of fees, you understand that such payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways. SLRA does not store or handle your credit/debit card details directly. All payments are subject to our official fee structure and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Submission of this form does not guarantee approval of your application. All applications are reviewed by SLRA’s membership committee in accordance with our eligibility criteria. You will be notified of the outcome via the contact details you provide.
